政府為擴大青少年對資訊科技的興趣、認識及應用，為融入知識型經濟和數碼社會發展作好準備，由2020年起為每所參加計劃的學校撥出資助，去推行兩大中小學IT計劃：中學IT創新實驗室、小學「奇趣IT知多啲」。

奇艾教育能夠為學校提供適合申請計劃的課程，為學生們提供階段性的學習方案，目的是涵蓋學生在不同階段的認知及能力。

To increase young people’s interest, awareness, and application of information technology, and to prepare them for integration into the knowledge-based economy and digital society, the government has allocated funding for two major IT programs in primary and secondary schools since 2020: The IT Innovation Lab in Secondary Schools Programme and the Primary School “Knowing More About IT Programme”.
